UPAYA MENINGKATKAN KEBUGARAN FISIK DAN PSIKOLOGIS IBU HAMIL TRIMESTER III MELALUI KEGIATAN PRENATAL YOGA DI KLINIK HOMBC PALEMBANG TAHUN 2019

Abstract
Tubuh ibu hamil mengalami perubahan besar baik perubahan fisiologis maupun psikologis yang bisa membuat ibu seringkali merasa tidak nyaman. Ketidaknyamana selama kehamilan serta keluhan kecemasan terbukti dapat dikurangi atau dihilangkan melalui latihan fisik (physical excersice). Salah satu yang direkomendasikan adalah yoga karena biaya rendah, mudah dan bermanfaat untuk kebugaran fisik dan psikologi. Tujuan kegiatan pengabmas ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kebugaran fisik dan psikologis ibu hamil TM III melalui kegiatan prenatal yoga di di Klinik Hombc Palembang tahun 2019. Metode pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan yaitu ceramah, wawancara dan demostrasi prenatal yoga. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 9 dan 16 November 2019 di Klinik Hombc Palembang. Peserta yang hadir sebanyak 40 ibu hamil trimester III usia kehamilan 28-36 minggu, 20 ibu hamil pada sesi 1 dan 20 sesi 2. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini selain peningkatan pengetahun, juga didapatkan berkurangnya keluhan-keluhan fisik ibu selama kehamilan seperti nyeri pinggang, keram kaki, susah tidur, dan lain-lain serta bertambahnya kebugaran tubuh pada ibu hamil. Peningkatan pengetahuan peserta dapat diketahui melalui perbandingan hasil pretest dan posttest yang diberikan sebelum dan sesudah dilakukannya penyuluhan dan kegiatan prenatal yoga. Rata-rata nilai pretest pengetahuan ibu tentang prenatal yoga yaitu 65, sedangkan nilai postest ibu meningkat menjadi 88. Sebelum dilaksanakan
kegiatan beberapa ibu mengeluhkan ketidaknyamanan selama kehamilan, setelah beberapa hari dilakukan kegiatan dilakukan wawancara kembali dengan check list mengenai keluhan ibu dan hasilnya sebagian besar ibu mengatakan bahwa keluhan mereka telah berkurang. Kegiatan Prenatal yoga yang dilakukan dapat mengurangi berbagai ketidaknyamanan ibu selama hamil serta memberikan kebugaran tubuh bagi ibu hamil tersebut.
The body of a pregnant woman experiences major changes both physiological and psychological changes that can make mothers often feel uncomfortable. Discomfort during pregnancy and anxiety complaints are proven to be reduced or eliminated through physical exercise. One that is recommended is yoga because it is low cost, easy and beneficial for physical and psychological fitness. The purpose of this community service activity is to improve the physical and psychological fitness of TM III pregnant women through prenatal yoga activities at the Palembang Hombc Clinic in 2019. The community service methods used are lectures, interviews and prenatal yoga demonstrations. This community service activity was carried out on 9 and 16 November 2019 at the Palembang Hombc Clinic. The results of this community service activities in addition to increased knowledge, also found reduced physical complaints of mothers during pregnancy such as low back pain , leg cramps, insomnia, etc. and increased body fitness in pregnant women. Increased knowledge of participants can be known through comparison of the results of the pretest and posttest given before and after counseling and prenatal yoga activities. The average pretest value of maternal knowledge about prenatal yoga is 65, while the postest score of mothers increased to 88. Before the activity was carried out some mothers complained of discomfort during pregnancy, after a few days of activities conducted interviews again with a check list about maternal complaints and the results of most mothers said that their complaints had diminished. Prenatal yoga activities carried out can reduce various discomforts for the mother during pregnancy and provide physical fitness for the pregnant mother.
