Implementasi Dan Pemeliharaan Sistem Iot Smart Health Untuk Peningkatan Kualitas Skrining Kesehatan Primer
Main Article Content
Abstract
The need for primary healthcare digitalization has driven the development of Internet of Things-based Smart Health technology. This community service activity aimed to improve health screening service quality through socialization, implementation, and maintenance of IoT Smart Health devices at Makrayu Community Health Center and Carnaval Imwork Zuri Hotel Palembang. The device was designed to measure six vital parameters within two minutes including heart rate, oxygen saturation, blood pressure, body temperature, height, and body weight with real-time data transmission to a web-based dashboard. The implementation method used Community-Based Technology Implementation approach through stages of preparation, socialization, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation. Activities involved 20 healthcare workers at Makrayu Community Health Center and 52 participants from academia, industry, and government at Carnaval Imwork. Results showed improvement in healthcare workers operational skills, 95 percent measurement success rate on 20 respondents, and health condition classification accuracy achieving confidence percentages above 90 percent using fuzzy logic algorithm. The maintenance process successfully addressed technical problems through sensor replacement, server upgrade, and calibration. This activity proves that IoT Smart Health has potential to improve screening service efficiency and support primary healthcare system digitalization.
